Do you service the canal-front homes off Pompano's waterways?

Constantly — Pompano's canal neighborhoods are core territory. Waterfront exposure there is nearly as harsh as oceanfront, so we recommend the stainless hardware package for any door within sight of the water. Most canal-home sliders are excellent candidates for full restoration rather than replacement.

Our new condo's impact sliders already feel heavy after a few years. Is that normal?

It's common, and it's fixable. Impact panels are far heavier than the doors of a generation ago, and builder-grade rollers often aren't generous for the load. Upgraded heavy-duty stainless rollers restore the glide and last far longer under that weight.
