What we fix

Every window. Every door. Every part.

One specialty, done completely — from a seized roller or failed window balance to whole-building programs. If it slides, cranks, or locks, we repair it.

Built for the coast

Salt air killed your hardware. We install parts it can't kill.

Every window and sliding door within reach of the ocean, the Intracoastal or a pool deck is fighting the same war: salt-laden air corrodes roller bearings and window balances from the inside, sand grinds aluminum tracks into sandpaper, and one day the glass that used to glide needs a shoulder to move.

That's why we don't refit the same parts that just failed. Marine-grade stainless steel rollers, corrosion-resistant balances and locks, stainless cap tracks over pitted rails — hardware specified for South Florida's climate, so the repair lasts.

  • Stainless, sealed-bearing hardware built for salt exposure
  • Stainless cap tracks that permanently cure pitted rails
  • A fraction of the cost of replacing windows or impact doors

Frequently asked questions

How much does window or sliding door repair cost?

It depends on what failed — rollers, balances, track, lock or glass — and the unit's size and type. What we promise on every job: a full diagnosis first, then a clear, fixed price before any work begins. You approve the number, then we fix it. No surprise charges at the end, ever.

Do you repair windows as well as sliding doors?

Both, equally. Windows — balances, cranks, hinges, locks, seals and glass — and sliding glass doors — rollers, tracks, alignment, locks and panels. Most South Florida window and door problems are hardware problems, and hardware is exactly what we carry and fix, usually in one visit.

Do you really repair instead of pushing replacement?

Yes — repair is our entire business. The frames and glass of most windows and doors outlast their moving parts by decades, so rebuilding the hardware restores them for a small fraction of replacement cost. When a unit genuinely isn't worth saving — or hurricane code requires compliant product — we say so plainly, before anything is agreed.

What areas do you serve?

The South Florida tri-county area: Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade — 49 cities from Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens down through Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood to Miami, Miami Beach and Kendall. We're based in Boca Raton, so central Palm Beach County and northern Broward get our fastest windows.

How quickly can you come out?

We work 6 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, and offer same-day appointments whenever the schedule allows — doors and windows that won't close or lock get priority. Calling in the morning gives us the best chance of reaching you the same day.

Why is my sliding door so hard to open?

In South Florida, it's nearly always the rollers: salt air corrodes their bearings until the wheels stop turning and the door skids instead of gliding. The seized rollers then grind into the aluminum track and make things worse. New stainless-steel rollers — plus track repair if the rail is already pitted — restores the one-finger glide.

Do you work on hurricane impact windows and doors?

Yes. Impact systems are heavier than standard units, and their rollers, balances and multi-point locks wear accordingly. We service the hardware with parts rated for the real weight, and we're straightforward about code: mechanical repairs don't affect the rating; glass must stay compliant — and we'll tell you which side of that line your repair sits on.
